Job Description
Chase is a premier financial services firm, widely recognized for helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals. With a commitment to delivering a broad range of financial products and services, Chase plays a pivotal role in supporting customers in managing their personal and business finances effectively. The company’s mission centers on creating engaged, lifelong relationships by putting customers at the heart of every decision. Chase offers comprehensive financial solutions including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans, and payment processing, making it a trusted partner for millions. The Consumer & Community Banking division is particularly notable for leading the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction ratings. This division offers a variety of credit cards to fit the needs of individuals and small businesses alike, including both Chase-branded and co-branded cards in collaboration with prominent companies and organizations. Additionally, the Merchant Services team provides cutting-edge payment, fraud prevention, and data security solutions across global currencies, further enhancing Chase’s prominence in the financial services landscape.
The role of Content Production Manager within the Card and Connected Commerce Content team at Chase is a dynamic and highly impactful position. This role focuses on bringing the Sapphire experiences to life through compelling, customer-centric storytelling that inspires Chase customers to travel, shop, and dine. The Content Production Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end content workflow for Sapphire events and activations, overseeing everything from early planning stages through on-site capture and final content delivery. This entails orchestrating event capture and content production on a large scale, ensuring that all assets produced are timely, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. The manager coordinates across multiple internal teams, including marketing, events, creative, and production, as well as external content creators and freelancers. This coordination ensures smooth workflows and high-quality outputs that meet both internal expectations and customer needs. Emphasizing operational rigor, the Content Production Manager handles multiple concurrent productions, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency, timelines, and final outcomes throughout the year.
Key responsibilities include pre-production planning such as developing briefs, shot lists, schedules, approvals, and logistical arrangements; building content capture plans suitable for various post-event deliverables such as short-form edits, recap videos, still-select images, and partner-specific assets; coordinating with event and venue stakeholders regarding credentials, filming permissions, releases, and production constraints; managing the intake and assessment of new content requests for feasibility, effort, timing, and dependencies; documenting comprehensive requirements and aligning all stakeholders on expectations prior to beginning capture activities; producing clear, actionable briefs that communicate objectives, key messages, must-capture moments, brand considerations, and deliverable expectations; identifying when freelance support is necessary and matching freelancers to appropriate projects; managing the entire freelance workflow—from onboarding through feedback and handoff; serving as the primary point of contact in cross-functional meetings and driving decisions to advance project progress; and consistently providing clear status updates while proactively identifying risks such as unclear approvals, compressed timelines, or last-minute changes.
This role demands a highly organized individual with strong project management skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for producing effective briefs and facilitating stakeholder communication throughout the production cycle. Additionally, the ideal candidate maintains composure and professionalism under pressure, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges. The role also favors candidates with experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments, social media asset production, and content quality improvement based on engagement signals or feedback. The Content Production Manager position at Chase is a full-time role, offering a competitive total rewards package including base salary, commission-based pay or discretionary incentives where applicable, and a variety of employee benefits such as comprehensive healthcare coverage, on-site wellness resources, retirement savings plans, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and more. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., as Chase does not sponsor employment visas at this time. This role represents a unique opportunity to join a leading financial institution recognized for its diversity, inclusivity, and commitment to employee growth and success.
