The role of Content & Design Coordinator within Sahm's Hospitality Group is a crucial position focused on supporting the marketing, branding, and communication efforts across all the company’s concepts. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating a wide range of marketing projects, ensuring brand consistency, organizing creative assets, and producing promotional materials that align with company initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating marketing strategies into compelling visual and written content that effectively communicates the brand message to diverse audiences.

As a Content & Design Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing marketing requests received from restaurant managers, brewery representatives, and company leadership. You will be the central point of contact for organizing and maintaining all creative assets such as logos, photography, menus, promotional materials, and branding files. Your expertise will extend to creating engaging social media content and developing reusable templates for recurring events, promotions, and company-wide initiatives.

Your design skills will be put to use in producing various marketing materials including posters, signage, table tents, flyers, menus, and email graphics, ensuring each piece is visually appealing and consistent with the brand standards. Additionally, you will assist with website updates and email marketing campaigns to keep digital content fresh, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals.

Supporting the brewery segment of the business is another important component of this role. This includes coordinating can design projects, crafting event materials, and contributing to brewery promotional campaigns. Effective communication and project management are essential as you will be handling multiple simultaneous projects, balancing deadlines and priorities while ensuring smooth collaboration among stakeholders.

The Content & Design Coordinator will take a proactive approach to support various seasonal, holiday, catering, brewery, and company-wide initiatives, helping drive engagement and brand visibility. Preferred software proficiency includes Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office, equipping you with the necessary tools to perform your tasks efficiently.

This position offers a supportive and creative work environment within a prominent hospitality group, featuring comprehensive health insurance benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, available after 60 days of employment. Paid time off (PTO) is provided starting at 80 hours after the first 90 days, increasing progressively with continued tenure to support work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant design and marketing software

Job Qualifications
