Barringer Construction is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their Greenville, SC office. This leadership role involves managing multiple complex commercial construction projects simultaneously, from initial pursuit through to successful closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be entrusted with guiding high-performing teams to deliver projects on budget, on schedule, and according to stringent quality standards. The role demands a leader who can build trust with clients and internal teams quickly, inspiring and mentoring project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers to cultivate the next generation of company leaders.

As a Senior Project Manager at Barringer, you will play a key role in shaping project strategies, driving client engagement, and ensuring financial success through contract negotiation, budget creation, and cost projection. You will spearhead pursuit interviews and pricing efforts, emphasizing collaboration and strategic decision-making to win new work.
