The Construction Security role is vital in maintaining safety and security on construction sites by actively monitoring the premises through access control and routine patrols. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Above average computer and technology skills needed
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Current AZ Guard Card required

Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
- Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
- Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
- Utilizing technology devices throughout shift
- Conduct tours of the property
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
