The available position is a permanent full-time role for a seasoned Project Manager specializing in commercial construction. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based bonuses, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. The successful candidate will manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring that each initiative is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and budgeting projects, leading project teams, and coordinating efforts among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The role also entails maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, quality control measures, and contractual obligations.
Beyond administrative and managerial duties, the Project Manager will play a critical role in monitoring project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients. Preparation and management of crucial project documentation such as Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and cost reports are integral to this position. Job Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management

- bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
