The position available is for a Construction Project Manager based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in office operations within the construction industry. This role is well-suited for experienced professionals who thrive in managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, design partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and contracts. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills, capable of representing Barringer Construction confidently in client meetings and pursuit interviews. Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with Viewpoint Vista will be considered a plus.
