As a Construction Project Manager at Barringer Construction, you will play a vital role in leading commercial construction projects from the initial bidding phase through to project closeout. The Construction Project Manager will lead all phases of project life cycles including planning, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout. You will be entrusted with budget management, cost tracking, and risk management by reviewing plans, specifications, and contracts to forewarn and address potential challenges early on.
