Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 10 years of construction project management experience preferably in retail and hospitality
- ability to travel up to 80 percent
- strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil design, and utility systems
- familiarity with zoning and building codes
- experience supervising contractors
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in budget and contract management
- capable of preparing reports and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to represent the company with municipalities and regulatory authorities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering
- minimum 10 years of experience in retail and hospitality construction
- extensive knowledge of construction concepts and procedures
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- proficiency in critical path scheduling
- effective problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee 20-25 remodels or new store openings per year
- assist with construction-related items across brands
- maintain working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems
- manage due diligence process including site investigations and surveys
- control overall development timeline and milestones
- understand and apply zoning and building codes
- represent brands at municipal and authority meetings
- supervise contractors including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
- prepare weekly and completion project reports
- direct and coordinate project planning and execution
- assign project staff to specific tasks
- review plans for compliance with standards and contracts
- analyze construction costs at various development phases
- establish project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates
- interview and manage contracts with consultants and contractors
- travel regularly to manage multiple projects
- control project and departmental budgets
