The Construction Manager role is crucial at the Dennis Group, serving as the project site supervisor who manages daily construction operations. The scope involves industrial and MEP projects focused on food and beverage processing facilities, requiring seamless collaboration with engineering teams, designers, architects, and subcontractors. This position requires autonomy in managing medium-sized projects, contributing to contract administration, project planning, scheduling, reporting, and advising on project management challenges and progress. The Construction Manager will take on duties such as project accounting, budget oversight, permit management, change order administration, inspection coordination, and facilitating client and partner communications. Physical presence on-site with a demanding travel schedule of up to 100% is expected, working 10 days on-site followed by 4 days off. The role involves both field and office responsibilities and requires physical capabilities to navigate construction sites in variable weather conditions and terrain, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
