Team JCK is a dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-brand restaurant organization based in the Oregon and Washington regions. Known for its commitment to not only building great restaurants but also fostering a culture that values leadership, service, teamwork, kindness, and fun, Team JCK focuses on creating environments where employees feel proud to work and guests love to visit. The organization has a reputation for long-term vision and continuous improvement, emphasizing that great restaurants truly start long after the doors open. This philosophy underscores the company's belief in quality, consistency, and strategic development which makes Team JCK a leader in the hospitality industry.
The Construction Manager role at Team JCK is a key leadership position within the corporate support team, offering a full-time, exempt employment opportunity with a competitive salary range between $66,560 and $90,000. This position is vital for executing and overseeing new restaurant builds, remodels, relocations, conversions, and major capital improvement projects across multiple brands and states, particularly within Oregon and Washington. The Construction Manager is instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by managing a growing portfolio of restaurant development projects with discipline, accountability, and transparency.
This role demands a seasoned professional who excels at managing complex construction projects and enjoys problem-solving in fast-paced environments. As a leader of the in-house construction management function, the Construction Manager collaborates closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, real estate, IT, facilities management, and external stakeholders such as architects, contractors, landlords, and franchisors. Responsibilities encompass detailed planning, scheduling, budget development, continuous monitoring of project progress and finances, risk management, and ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, safely, and operationally ready.
Team JCK emphasizes the importance of standardizing construction processes that support sustainable, long-term growth. As such, this role offers an opportunity to influence not only individual project success but also overall vendor performance improvement and strategic capital investment decisions. The ideal candidate must have multi-project management expertise, strong organizational and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while holding all parties accountable.
The Construction Manager is also expected to travel frequently throughout operational markets in Oregon, Washington, and beyond to support active construction projects and restaurant openings. This role is highly visible within the company, blending project management, financial oversight, relationship management, and strategic planning, making it critical to the company’s expansion and the quality of its restaurant portfolio. The position suits a proactive, organized individual who can balance urgency with sound decision-making and communicate effectively with both executives and field teams.
In summary, Team JCK offers a unique career opportunity for experienced construction project managers who seek to have a direct impact on the growth and success of a multi-brand restaurant company. The organization’s core values and culture provide a supportive and rewarding working environment where employees contribute to building not just restaurants but the future of the hospitality industry. If you are a motivated professional ready to take ownership from start to finish and drive projects that are on time, on budget, and operationally successful, this exciting role at Team JCK is the perfect next step in your career.
