Construction Manager

As part of its dynamic team, HelloFresh is currently seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a wide range of construction and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. This role is essential in managing the design, planning, and execution phases of projects that include capital improvements, facility upgrades, retrofits, renovations, and new builds. The Construction Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and on-budget execution of these projects while maintaining high standards for quality assurance and job site safety across HelloFresh’s fulfillment centers.

The Construction Manager will be tasked with financial oversight for projects that may exceed $10 million, including the development of comprehensive construction budgets and the negotiation of terms with various professional entities. This position requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Fulfillment Operations, Engineering, Logistics, architects, engineers, and contractors to align project scope and expectations. Frequent site visits are an integral part of the role to monitor performance, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. In addition, the Construction Manager will be responsible for managing contract performance, processing invoices, change orders, and all necessary documentation.
