Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no prior experience required on-the-job training provided
- no high school diploma GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- effective communication skills
- physical stamina to handle manual tasks
- willingness to learn and adapt
- basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain construction site facilities including trailers restrooms and common areas
- follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
- notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns
- maintain effective communication with site personnel supervisors and team members
- comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
- dust and clean furniture fixtures walls ceilings and equipment
- move boxes crates and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks
- clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions
- wash and replace blinds as needed
- gather and dispose of construction debris and trash
- clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas
- adhere to all safety security compliance and quality standards set by the company clients and regulatory authorities
- complete any other duties as assigned
