Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No prior experience required on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- One year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain construction site facilities including trailers restrooms and common areas
- Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
- Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns
- Maintain effective communication with site personnel supervisors and team members
- Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
- Dust and clean furniture fixtures walls ceilings and equipment
- Move boxes crates and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks
