Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work less than 30 hours per week
  • maintain knowledge of cafe operations
  • ability to coach and lead team members
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • handle customer service situations professionally
  • ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
  • prior supervisor or manager experience
  • high-energy and friendly personality

  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
