Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work less than 30 hours per week
- maintain knowledge of cafe operations
- ability to coach and lead team members
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- handle customer service situations professionally
- ability to maintain a safe work environment
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays

- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
- prior supervisor or manager experience

Job Duties
