In addition to the logistical oversight, the Conferences & Events Manager will manage the Brushfire ticketing system extensively, setting up ticket sales, promo codes, and seating arrangements to optimize attendee experience. They will work alongside the Event Visionary & Ministry Lead to synchronize event schedules and communicate critical details to the broader event lead team. Acting as the budget Subject Matter Expert for Global Events, this individual will have direct input into financial planning and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective and successful event execution. The manager will create reusable event templates and timelines to be used across ministry and campus-specific events, facilitating consistency and efficiency in event planning. This role requires a visionary leader capable of developing a consistent team of leads and volunteers who support the successful delivery of large-scale events that align with the church’s mission and values.
