The Conference Services Manager position is offered by the VP Student Enrollment, Engagement & Services agency, located in Norfolk, VA. This role is an essential full-time position focused on managing all aspects of event space utilization for external rental clients and community partners. As a vital part of this agency, the Conference Services Manager oversees important venues including Webb, Broderick Dining Commons, and the Priority Club, ensuring these spaces are optimally used and maintained to meet client needs and organizational standards.

The Conference Services Manager acts as the primary contact point for all event space reservations and activities involving external clients. The role requires a dynamic and proactive approach to event management by utilizing data collection and market analytics.
