This position acts as the key liaison between clients and various hotel operations, ensuring that all events run smoothly from initial planning through final execution. As Conference Services Manager, you will take ownership of every detail involved in meetings, conferences, and special events, coordinating efforts across multiple departments, including Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality event coordination preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must comply with hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events
- Coordinate all event details, including meeting space, catering, audiovisual requirements, room accommodations, and event logistics
- Partner with Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction
- Conduct pre-conference planning meetings and communicate event requirements effectively to hotel teams
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Monitor event budgets, review billing, and support cost-effective event execution
- Resolve client concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally before, during, and after events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage event documentation, communication, and reporting
- Ensure all events are executed in accordance with hotel standards, brand expectations, and operational procedures
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment while responding to changing client and business needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience
