Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year related experience or training
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work without direct supervision and provide immediate follow-up
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work assignments
- Ability to resolve problems and exercise good judgment
- Ability to focus attention on details
- Ability to create and read Banquet Event Orders
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Email, Database software, AS400, DELPHI and Social Tables
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to uphold all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work without direct supervision and provide immediate follow-up
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders accurately
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Email, Database software, AS400, DELPHI, and Social Tables
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic team player
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to uphold policies and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Ensure meeting rooms are open and client ready
- Inspect meeting rooms and event spaces for maintenance issues and setup accuracy
- Serve as liaison between meeting planners and hotel departments
- Manage and respond to meeting planner inquiries and requests
- Create door cards, signage, and write shift reports
- Attend operations and pre-conference meetings to understand daily event needs
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with client contacts
- Respond to requests via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
- Uphold all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
