Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling on the event management system (EMS)
- answer phone calls and emails as requested by the Director
- schedule student staff as needed for scheduled events
- assist with client walkthroughs as needed
- assist with invoices and payments for events as needed
- work collaboratively with student staff to make sure all events are staffed correctly
- provide excellent customer service to guests
- follow up with clients prior and after events as directed
- assist with summer RA's training
- assist with summer camps logistics
- assist with Shannon Center programming logistics
- flexible schedule to work after business hours and weekends
