Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge and experience with food service operations and best practices
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience required
- Creative, organized, and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency with common computer applications including databases and word processing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously with professionalism
- Strong diplomacy skills and knowledge of business etiquette and social standards
Job Duties
- Coordinate all firm-sponsored and client-related events for the Conference Center
- Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, and required supplies in all conference rooms
- Collaborate with Facilities and Office Services Departments to arrange room setups
- Coordinate with audiovisual technical staff for video teleconferencing needs
- Serve as on-site contact for outside groups and clients during functions
- Track expenses related to each event with the Conference Center Manager
- Report attendance and participation statistics for firm-sponsored events
- Liaise with the firm's food service provider for catering needs
- Maintain presence in the business center to respond to inquiries and unanticipated meeting needs
- Provide backup coverage to the Conference Center Manager and escalate issues as necessary
- Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure proper forms and logistics
