Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- relevant hospitality experience preferred
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull more than 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- flexible availability to work shifts based on event needs
- willingness to participate in trainings and obtain required certifications
- on-site work at the hotel property
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- hospitality experience desired
- knowledge of hotel equipment operation and ability to train others
- strong organizational skills
- physical stamina to perform lifting and repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Assist Conference Center Manager and Supervisor in setting up banquet facilities
- greet guests and staff in a friendly and welcoming manner
- clean and maintain conference rooms and surrounding public areas
- maintain cleanliness and order in back-of-the-house areas
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- read and interpret Banquet Event Orders for accurate event setup
- assist caterers with food and beverage setup
- operate hotel-owned audio/visual equipment
- ensure security of conference rooms
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and trash disposal
- participate in department meetings and communicate openly with colleagues
- adapt to various tasks including other duties as assigned
