Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of administrative support or legal industry experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and use resources efficiently
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures
- Ability to bend stoop and lift up to 25 pounds and move tables chairs and equipment

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the office conference rooms including scheduling providing hospitality to guests managing inventory
- Prepare office for visiting attorneys and staff
- Collaborate with the Office Coordinator on administrative tasks
- Provide concierge services such as printing Wi-Fi transportation arrangements and other general needs for clients and visitors dinner meetings and after-hours functions
- Coordinate and assemble the audiovisual equipment for meetings as needed
- Assist with departments on in-house events and gatherings as they arise
- Serve as backup and assist with the mail and print/copy duties as needed
- Provide additional administrative assistance to multiple departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Administrator or attorneys
