- minimum 2 years pastry experience
- college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- read, write, speak and understand english
- ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties
- assist in preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and confections
- collaborate with pastry chefs to develop and elevate dessert offerings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
- follow established recipes and contribute to recipe development
- ensure quality control of all dessert products
- manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- adhere to food safety and health regulations
