Job Requirements
- WA state food handler's card
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, and confections
- Bake and present a variety of desserts
- Collaborate with Pastry Chefs to develop new recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
- Support the pastry team during busy service periods
