The Project Manager will have direct administrative control and oversight of on-site superintendents and foremen to ensure that projects are executed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities also extend to managing self-perform project operations including estimating, the bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting. The Concrete Restoration Project Manager will serve as the critical link in client relations by developing client relationships and effectively resolving client issues as they arise.
