The role of Concrete Delivery Professional at Maschmeyer Concrete involves operating mixer trucks to deliver concrete products efficiently and safely to customers' job sites throughout Florida. These team members work at ready-mix concrete plants located in major cities across the state. This position requires a highly motivated, dependable individual who is either experienced in the ready-mix concrete or construction industry or willing to learn on the job. Concrete Delivery Professionals are responsible for attaching chutes, operating the discharge of concrete, monitoring drum conditions to maintain product quality per customer specifications, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of their vehicle. The work schedule includes six days a week from Monday to Saturday, with the significant benefit of being home every night. In addition to technical driving skills, strong communication abilities are necessary to liaise effectively with customers, dispatch, and fellow team members, ensuring excellent customer service.
