Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
- open doors, carry luggage, and assist with deliveries

- monitor the entrance, report suspicious activity, and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- screen visitors and residents, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the building
- provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
