We are currently expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic, approachable, and professional individuals to join us as Courtesy Patrol/Concierge Agents. This role is essential in preserving the security of our communities while providing exceptional service to residents and guests. Courtesy Patrol/Concierge Agents are responsible for regularly patrolling the premises, identifying and reporting any safety or security concerns, and interacting warmly with residents to foster a sense of community and well-being.
This position offers flexible scheduling options including part-time, full-time, overnight shifts, and weekend availability, accommodating diverse lifestyles and commitments. The pay range for this role is competitive, starting at $20 to $21 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining quality personnel. The Courtesy Patrol/Concierge role demands a combination of excellent communication skills, attentiveness, strong problem-solving abilities, and genuine enthusiasm for guest service. Agents must be physically able to patrol various areas of the community including parking lots and amenities, while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Organizational skills, initiative, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position, as well as the ability to respond clearly and decisively in urgent situations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and patrol the property, parking areas, and amenities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service
- Ability to actively listen and respond promptly and genuinely to residents' and guests' requests
- Ability to think clearly and make concise decisions under pressure
- Professional appearance with a neat and well-groomed demeanor

Job Qualifications

- Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Remain attentive to the surroundings and refrain from engaging in activities that may distract from work
- Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible
- Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it
- Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility
- Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately)
- Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapment, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints
- Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests
- Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director
- Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community
- Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day
