Job Description

Stratton Amenities is a premier provider of luxury concierge and courtesy patrol services specializing in upscale apartments and condominium buildings. With a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and visitors, Stratton Amenities focuses on delivering genuine hospitality through innovative approaches and the cultivation of a Culture of Service. Their dedication to excellence has positioned them as leaders in the luxury amenity services sector, where attention to detail and personalized service are paramount. The company prides itself on creating safe, welcoming environments that promote comfort and satisfaction within high-end residential communities.

Currently, Stratton Amenities is looking for energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join their expanding team as Courtesy Patrol/Concierge agents. This role is vital for ensuring community security and maintaining the safety and well-being of tenants and team members. Courtesy Patrol/Concierge agents perform regular patrols throughout the property, parking areas, and amenities, observing and reporting any security concerns promptly and accurately. They serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing not only safety oversight but also friendly and helpful service that enhances the overall resident experience.

The position offers flexible shift options, including part-time, full-time, overnight, and weekend schedules, allowing candidates to find a work arrangement that fits their lifestyle. Courtesy Patrol/Concierge agents must possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving capabilities. They must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service, contributing positively to the community atmosphere.

A key aspect of the role is the ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude, showcasing a neat and well-groomed demeanor that reflects the luxury nature of the environments serviced by Stratton Amenities. Employees are expected to be proactive, organized, and self-motivated, consistently displaying a positive attitude and a sense of ownership in their responsibilities. The company values individuals who take pride in their position and the properties they serve, emphasizing the importance of conscientious work practices and attention to detail.

Beyond security duties, agents are responsible for fostering positive interactions by welcoming residents with warmth and a smile, anticipating their needs, and responding promptly to requests or concerns. They must perform thorough inspections of entrances, gates, fire exits, elevators, and amenity spaces to ensure safety compliance and upkeep, immediately reporting any issues encountered. Responding quickly and effectively to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, or noise and smoke complaints is also required. Maintaining order extends to resetting furniture within amenity areas to uphold high standards for resident use throughout the day.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $21 per hour, acknowledging the importance of the role in maintaining secure and hospitable living environments. Employees at Stratton Amenities also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off. The company is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and inclusion, recognizing the critical role these principles play in building a strong culture of service and community connection.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service considered beneficial. Stratton Amenities values continuous learning and growth, offering employees opportunities to develop their skills while contributing to an elite service team.
