The Courtesy Patrol Agent/Concierge position at Stratton Amenities is instrumental in maintaining the overall safety and security of the communities served. This role involves attentive patrolling of the property, including parking areas and amenities, to identify and report any security concerns promptly. Job Duties

  • Remain attentive to the surroundings and refrain from engaging in activities that may distract from work
  • Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service, offering assistance whenever possible
  • Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to anyone who appears to require it
  • Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility
  • Inspect all entrances, egress doors, man-gates, handicap gates, fire gates, loading docks, and elevators (reporting any elevator issues immediately)
  • Regularly monitor gates and doors throughout the shift to ensure safety
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies such as fire alarms, elevator entrapments, vehicle accidents, smoke complaints, and noise complaints
  • Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests
  • Follow directives from the Facilities Manager and/or Concierge Director
  • Inspect all doors and amenity spaces while patrolling the community
  • Reset furniture in amenities to maintain standards and prepare for the next day
