We are currently seeking a Concierge, also known as the Director of First Impressions, who will serve as the welcoming face of our community. This vital role is part of the Member Services Department and works closely with Lifestyle Advisors and Healthcare Marketers to ensure every visitor, prospect, resident, and family member receives an outstanding experience. The Concierge is not only responsible for greeting and engaging guests but also plays an essential role in supporting sales efforts, coordinating programming and amenities, managing communications, and maintaining security within the community. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge maintains building security, handles incoming calls and administrative tasks, and promotes community events and programs. Hours are typically 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts. Job Requirements
- Certification or completed course work in office management desired
- Telephone operating and answering experience required
- 1-2 years experience in a concierge or administrative assistant position desired
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use software and office equipment
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Greet, engage and assist residents, family members, guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer internal and external telephone calls, pages and walkie talkie
- Promote programs, outings and events, encourage participation and assist with registration
- Support community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information and promoting the community
- Maintain building security, monitor security systems and respond accordingly
- Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment and communication devices
- Assist Business Office Manager with ordering and maintaining inventory of office and community supplies
