The Customer Service position at Oak Trace is a part-time opportunity available on weekends with an hourly pay range of $15.54 to $21.37. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent, personalized service and contributing positively to the lives of residents and guests. The primary responsibilities involve greeting and assisting residents and visitors with courtesy and efficiency, managing transportation schedules, facilitating dining reservations, and coordinating package and grocery deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about local attractions, and possess the ability to provide insightful recommendations to enhance the resident experience.

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency
- Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services
- Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- Deliver packages and groceries to resident living areas
- Assist in direction of deliveries for residents and visitors to their destinations
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made
- Responsible for scheduling dining room reservations
