We are currently seeking a hospitable and professional Concierge to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis, primarily working evening shifts. The Concierge role is a vital position that embodies the spirit of Marriott by providing guests with personalized services and attention to detail. As a Concierge, you will be the face of the hotel, representing the Marriott brand and ensuring each guest receives a memorable and satisfying experience. The Concierge Lounge position involves greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, offering information and recommendations about the hotel and surrounding area, managing special guest requests, and coordinating with various hotel departments to meet guest needs promptly. You will also accompany VIP guests to their rooms, provide detailed information about room amenities and hotel features, and maintain communication throughout their stay to guarantee their comfort.
