The Concierge/Gallery Attendant plays a vital role as the primary liaison between guests and the Front Office team. The Concierge/Gallery Attendant is responsible for greeting guests with poise and courtesy, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction from the moment guests arrive. In addition to guest interaction, the Concierge/Gallery Attendant is tasked with developing artistic presentations and strategies that resonate with guests, crafting experiences that not only enhance their stay but also drive resort revenue. The schedule for this role predominantly includes weekend hours, with shifts on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, although occasional weekday coverage is preferred to support resort operations.
