Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience as a concierge or related position
  • advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment
  • professional demeanor representing the community
  • availability to work every other weekend from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • commitment to teamwork, humility, responsibility, and innovation

Job Qualifications

  • Provide excellent hospitality to seniors
  • create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for residents
  • engage with residents' family and friends
  • serve as the face of the community
  • assist with the development and implementation of new methods to improve experiences
  • advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
  • minimum of two years concierge or related position experience required

Job Duties

  • Take care of the needs and requests of residents and guests
  • act as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community
  • serve as the face of the community
  • manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
  • respond to guest and team member requests in a timely manner
  • represent The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner
  • assist with the development and implementation of new, innovative ways to enhance resident, family, and guest experiences
