Job Requirements
- Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum of two years as a concierge or related position experience required

- Provide excellent hospitality to seniors
- create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
- engage residents' family and friends and visit with them
- serve as the face of the community
- assist with the development and implementation of new, innovative ways to help residents, families, and guests experience The WatersWay

Job Duties
- Take care of the needs and requests of residents and guests
- act as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community
- serve as the face of the community
- manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
- respond in a timely manner to guest and team member requests
- represent The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner
- assist with the development and implementation of new, innovative ways to help residents, families, and guests experience The WatersWay
