We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge who will play a crucial role as the face of our community. The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, their families, guests, and team members, managing requests and providing information to ensure a seamless and welcoming atmosphere. This position is essential in creating a warm, inviting environment that fosters social engagement and enhances the overall experience of everyone within The Waters.
The Concierge is responsible for coordinating and managing resident and guest activities, serving as the central hub for scheduling and communications within the community. This role demands a personable and professional demeanor, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate loves providing excellent hospitality and takes pride in making a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and visitors.

Job Requirements
- Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum of two years as a concierge or related position experience required

Job Duties
- Take care of the needs and requests of residents and guests
- act as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community
