Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth, providing personalized service tailored to individual preferences
- coordinate and manage reservations, appointments, and special requests across various service providers and venues
- serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams or external vendors to ensure smooth execution of experiences and events
- proactively identify client needs and preferences to offer customized recommendations and solutions
- handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
