  • proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and booking platforms
  • multilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base
  • certification in hospitality or customer service management
  • demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and warmth, providing personalized service tailored to individual preferences
  • coordinate and manage reservations, appointments, and special requests across various service providers and venues
  • serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams or external vendors to ensure smooth execution of experiences and events
  • proactively identify client needs and preferences to offer customized recommendations and solutions
  • handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement
