The role of Senior Living Concierge at Merrill Gardens at The University is a vital position that supports the day-to-day lives and well-being of the community's residents. This role is perfect for compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individuals who genuinely enjoy working with seniors. As a Concierge, you will be the friendly and helpful face of the community, assisting residents with various services that support their lifestyle and maintain their independence and comfort.
Your duties will include coordinating with local restaurants and entertainment venues to arrange reservations and tickets, managing dry cleaning and other outside services, providing shuttle and valet services, and planning parking assignments for valet and events. Additionally, you will assist with community communications such as activities calendars, ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the entryway and lobby, and handle purchasing community supplies within budget. Driving residents for outings and supporting the management team with holiday and event planning will also be part of your role. This position requires a thoughtful balance of organization, interpersonal skills, and dedication to the residents' satisfaction and safety.

Job Duties
- Coordinates with local restaurants and entertainment venues and makes reservations and ticket purchases for residents
- Coordinates dry cleaning or any other outside services residents may need
- Provides shuttle service and valet for residents as needed
- Plans and coordinates parking assignments for valet and special event parking
- Assists with developing community communications such as activities calendars to residents families and prospective residents
- Ensures the entry way and lobby of community are clean and free of debris
- Purchases supplies as approved and ensures supplies purchased do not exceed budget
- Drives for residents and community outings as assigned
- Supports management team with special holiday/event planning
- Other duties as assigned
