The Regional Float Concierge Team supports the Luxury Rental and Condominium portfolio, providing best-in-class service to residents, owners, and guests at various locations throughout Manhattan, Roosevelt Island, and Long Island City.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum age to serve alcohol
experience in concierge, front desk, or customer service role preferred
experience in high-impact guest service environment, Doorperson experience a plus
self-motivated with excellent multitasking skills
professional appearance and customer service-driven demeanor
