Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- process financial transactions accurately and efficiently including cash, credit, and debit card payments
- provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- assist customers with questions related to billing, payments, and pricing
- coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions
- maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department
- uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station
- assist in daily rental transactions
