Cogir Senior Living is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the community and the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere essential to the community experience. As part of the position's responsibilities, the Concierge provides front desk coverage, answers multi-line telephones, greets guests with a positive attitude, and assists residents with scheduling services and appointments. The Concierge also supports management with administrative duties, helps maintain security protocols, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

This role requires an individual who is not only organized and professional but also compassionate and patient, able to interact effectively with seniors and their families. The position demands flexibility, including working weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a specific schedule covering Saturday and Sunday evenings.
