We are currently seeking a Weekend Concierge to join our team at a luxury high-rise condominium community in Houston (zip code 77019). The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors during weekend hours, demonstrating dependability, professionalism, and a polished demeanor. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and guests, monitoring building access, and ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed meticulously. The Weekend Concierge will also manage front desk operations including handling mail and packages, monitoring security cameras, completing daily activity and incident reports, and performing routine property walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively while maintaining composure during busy or emergency situations. Experience in concierge services, hospitality, customer service, or property management is preferred, especially within luxury high-rise or hotel settings. - Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds as needed
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors entering and leaving the property
- Maintain an active and professional presence at the front desk
- Monitor visitor access and follow all building access procedures
- Answer resident questions and assist with requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity according to property procedures
- Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports as needed
- Perform routine walk-throughs of the property to ensure cleanliness and overall appearance
- Assist with administrative and front desk-related tasks
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow all safety procedures
