The current opportunity they offer is for a position that plays a critical role in maintaining the welcoming and safe environment within the community. The individual hired will be responsible for greeting residents, assisting guests and vendors, and answering telephone calls, ensuring clear communication and support for everyone. Safety is a key aspect of this role, as it includes monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and investigating any suspicious or unusual activities to protect residents and property.

Additional responsibilities involve administrative duties such as managing reports related to work orders, incidents, and concerns. The role also includes receiving packages and items such as plants and prescription drugs, with the discretion to deliver or hold these items as requested. Maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs for community keys and gate passes is essential for security and accountability. Collaboration with other departments is necessary to support organizational functions and ensure operational efficiency.

Providing timely responses and appropriate follow-up to resident, family, and employee concerns demonstrates a commitment to superior customer service and satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
