They will be responsible for providing exceptional member service that enhances the living experience of residents in communities that often have 250 or more units, which requires a high level of organizational skill and familiarity with community management software tools such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata, and others.
The concierge's duties go beyond just managing the front desk; they include handling multiple functions simultaneously and managing communication channels effectively. This role requires attention to detail, computer literacy for tasks such as report submission, maintaining logs, and producing signage, all while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities to interact positively with residents, vendors, and internal team members alike.
Flexibility and availability are crucial in this role, given the weekend and overnight schedule. Candidates must display strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities to manage around-the-clock coverage efficiently. Job Requirements

- prior residential concierge experience
- experience working in large communities with 250 or more units preferred
