Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior residential concierge experience
- experience working in large communities with 250 or more units preferred
- knowledge of community management software such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata
- effective communication skills both written and oral
- computer literacy skills
- neat and professional appearance
- excellent customer service abilities
- ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of local area, tourist spots, restaurants, and transportation
- flexible availability including weekends and night shifts
- strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- ability to maintain attendance and punctuality standards
- successful background investigation and reference check upon hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior residential concierge experience
- experience with 250+ unit communities desirable
- knowledge of Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata preferred
- effective written and oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- computer literacy for report submission and documentation
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- knowledge of local area attractions and transportation services
- flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
- strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships
- manage front desk operations efficiently during night shifts
- utilize community management software such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Entrata
- submit reports, maintain logs, and produce necessary signage
- resolve residents' issues with a problem-solving approach
- maintain neat and professional appearance at all times
- communicate effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and management
