Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs caller to appropriate individual
- provides information about the community including address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
