Job Requirements
- a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
- a minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required
- ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable
- strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
- ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
- must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful

Job Duties
- maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer business center
- ensure excellent service by coordinating customer needs and requests
- follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked
- greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access
- assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights
- maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments
