The role of Concierge at Watercrest at Mansfield is a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face and voice of this luxury community. This part-time position, scheduled during evenings and weekends, requires an individual who is friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and operations at the front desk, contributing to the overall resident experience by maintaining a warm and organized environment. Additionally, this position offers daily pay access through ZayZoon, allowing staff to access up to 50% of their earned wages quickly, a valuable benefit for managing personal finances efficiently.

Responsibilities in this role include greeting residents and visitors, answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing callers or taking messages, monitoring guest and vendor sign-in and sign-out procedures, maintaining the neatness of the front desk and office supplies, and assisting with the submission of resident maintenance requests. The position requires someone who is comfortable interacting with active and senior adults, understands the importance of exceptional customer service, and is capable of handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Job Duties

  • Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly professional manner
  • Answer the telephone and direct calls as needed or take messages ensuring no one is left on hold for long periods
  • Ensure all guests and vendors sign in and out
  • Maintain a neat clean appearance of the front desk office area
  • Help ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed
  • Assist in the submission of resident maintenance work orders
