Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answers inquiries offers suggestions and provides descriptive literature pertaining to excursions sporting events concerts and plays as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressed
  • Assist residents and guests with packages
  • Ensures building is secure by walking all floors at least once during shift monitoring security cameras and understanding emergency policy manual
  • Accurate and time completion of incident reports
  • Assists with Emergency Personnel services as needed Fire Department EMS etc following all emergency policies
  • Clean lobby office area during shift ensures model and amenity areas are in show ready condition
  • Responsible for operating within OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Act standards and company safety policies at all times
  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
  • Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times Other duties as assigned
