Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Willingness to be part of Local 11 Union and adhere to its policies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties
