The Concierge position at Bedrock offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face and service ambassador for the Vinton residential community as well as provide support at Bedrock's corporate headquarters welcome desk. The role centers around delivering a professional, service-first experience to a diverse range of stakeholders including residents, visitors, guests, executives, team members, vendors, and clients. This front-line position involves greeting and assisting individuals in a friendly and efficient manner, managing incoming communications, coordinating visitor check-in processes, and offering general administrative and hospitality support. The Concierge will be responsible for maintaining an organized and inviting front desk environment, coordinating mail and package handling, supporting meeting and conference room logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure resident and guest needs are anticipated and met promptly. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1-3 plus years of customer service, hospitality, receptionist, administrative, concierge, or related experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, residential concierge service, or office support preferred
- Able to work assigned shift of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and provide consistent, high-quality service
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems
- experience with visitor management systems preferred
- Knowledge of Downtown Detroit restaurants, events, and local resources preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform front desk responsibilities throughout the workday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed including weekends or adjusted shifts based on business needs

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, visitors, clients, vendors, executives, and team members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide wayfinding assistance and direct visitors to the appropriate person, office, meeting room, or destination
- Answer and route incoming calls, monitor voicemail, respond to general inquiries, and relay messages
- Support the visitor check-in process including coordinating with security and maintaining visitor records
- Assist with visitor identification, access coordination, and badge or pass issuance per building protocols
- Support resident and guest requests by coordinating services and escalating as needed
- Maintain front desk, lobby, reception, conference, and common areas in a clean, organized manner
- Coordinate mail and package handling including intake, sorting, distribution, and outgoing mail
- Assist with conference room and meeting support including scheduling, setup, reset, and hospitality services
- Support daily office activities such as administrative tasks, scheduling support, and internal communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on workflow improvements
- Support vendor communication and coordination tasks
- Monitor, stock, and organize office, hospitality, and supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding coordination and general administrative support
- Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for resident requests, visitor activity, and daily operations
- Model a professional, service-oriented presence maintaining confidentiality and discretion
